One key way we achieve this is through Sherpa trips. These trips allow participants to build relationships by listening to and learning from the leaders God is raising in communities worldwide. 

During these trips, participants gain insight into the skills, strengths, and resources of different communities around the world. These trips offer the opportunity to form redemptive partnerships, discovering how to leverage talent and capital to address existing gaps, ultimately brokering peace and prosperity for those communities, as highlighted in Jeremiah 29:7.
