I come from Lahore, Pakistan with a passion to work abroad. I am serving in the present organization since 2007.
I have remained part of the executive leadership of this nonprofit. I have worked in several key position to strengthen the company and serve the targeted communities in various ways.
• I have the experience of working with professionals all around the world to accomplish company’s vision. I have travelled in the continents of Europe, Africa, Americas, Oceana, and Asia to attend various trainings, leadership, and development symposiums to share the perspective of my organization and build partnerships with like-minded organizations.
• I have vast experience of handling virtual and on-ground teams and team members to achieve goals. I am trained in cultural intelligence to make sure, I remain successful, while working cross culture.
• I have pioneered, managed, developed, and successfully developed projects of community development too. I have played key role in developing strategies for the company and remained involved in crisis management too. I have monitored, led, and successfully completed projects of relief and development at the calamity hit areas as well.
• I have experience of working boards, governments authorities, security agencies, churches, and large foundations.
• I have worked in developing systems of HR, reporting and strategy implementation
• I can take minutes of the meetings, write, and produce various kinds of reports/proposals, article/impact stories, appeals.
• I have command on working in MS Office, Canva, and other web-based solutions
• I am humble, loyal, clear communicator and person of integrity.
