Judy is a chaplain in the hospital. Chris and Judy are pastors of a small community of like-minded followers of Jesus. They provide care and encouragement weekly through deeply connected natural relationships due to Chris’s work and Judy’s presence with her neighbors.

Journeying with Scatter since 2021, Dana is someone who asks the right questions and has the courage to pursue the answers regardless of the cost. She is an accomplished entrepreneur deeply devoted to her faith in Jesus. Throughout the past two decades, she has launched, ran and sold a flourishing live entertainment production company, provided expert consultation to the live entertainment industry, excelled in leading event fundraising teams and building fundraising strategies, and most recently successfully led her previous organization from early-stage to mission success as Executive Director. She brings critical skills to the leadership team that will allow us to go further faster.

Don Ellsworth

Don has served at Austin Ridge since June 2001, coming first as the Worship Pastor then transitioning to the Missions Pastor role in 2013. He was born and raised back east in NY and PA, then moved to San Diego to attend San Diego Christian College and to meet his San Diego-native wife, Becky. Married in 1989, they have four grown kids and six grandkids. Don and Becky moved to Texas for Don to attend Dallas Theological Seminary. What started as a 2-3 year plan of living in Texas to finish seminary has turned into being 35+-year Texas residents, living in Dallas, Houston and now serving at Austin Ridge in Austin. Don loves reading, watching college football, eating TexMex and hanging out with his wife at the beach.

TJ Morelli

TJ and his wife, Rachel, have been attending Austin Ridge Bible Church since 2001. They have three kids, Jake, Emma, and Thomas. TJ grew up in Pittsburgh, PA and went to college at the United States Military Academy at West Point. Upon graduation, he served as an Engineer Officer in the U.S. Army. After separating from the service, he ran a business for just over 13 years prior to coming on staff at the Austin Ridge in 2010. In 2019 TJ launched a non-profit that trains and equips people in the faith & work space (ministry is now called The Austin Center for Faith and Work). He and Rachel love being involved in ministry in the City of Austin and feel blessed to be a part of the amazing things God is doing in the community.

Jose Roberto Corea is a design entrepreneur and elder at Austin Ridge Bible Church. He is the founder of Austin Outdoor Design in Texas and Ozark Outdoor Design in Arkansas, with over 20 years of experience in architecture, branding, landscape design, and construction. He also mentors emerging business leaders through Kingdom Capital Network, combining his passion for creativity, leadership, and faith. Jose believes God has made us all creative, each with a unique way to express it—and he seeks to use his own gifts to serve others and reflect the Kingdom. He and his wife Sherrie have been married for 26 years and are the proud parents of two adult sons and grandparents to a 9-month-old grandson. His mission is to lead by example, encouragement, and empowerment—adding value to every relationship for the glory of God.

An executive leader with 30 years in high-tech engineering, marketing, and operations - launching products from custom embedded systems to cloud based software to sophisticated AI solutions. My career is built on the foundation of enterprise principles in business with a focus to deliver on a global scale. I enjoy tackling big problems and delivering creative solutions for the customer, the business, and the technology. Today, I spend most of my time as Owner and Chairman of the Board of Social Factor, our 14-year old Social Media agency helping enterprise customers to build engaging online communities. My favorite philanthropy is Young Life where I've served in various capacities for over 30 years - currently as volunteer chairman of my local area and globally as the product lead for online giving.

Landon Maddux was born in Austin, TX. He graduated from Harding University with a degree in Kinesiology before obtaining a Masters in Education from Sam Houston State. Landon has been a high school business teacher and coach for the last ten years. He recently married his wife Christine who works at Austin Ridge Bible Church. Landon loves all things sports, rooting for the Texas Longhorns, and exploring nature. He is excited to learn and see what God has in store for him next.
