Frequently Asked Questions

What type of aircraft will we use for internal travel?

+
This trip will be slightly different from previous years. We'll use an MAF aircraft for internal travel, providing a more comfortable, hassle-free experience between locations. This allows us to maximize our time at each destination and enjoy scenic aerial views of the beautiful East African landscape.

What food options will be available during the trip?

+
A wide range of options will be available throughout the trip. Please let us know in advance if you have any dietary restrictions or preferences. You can submit your information using the link below:

What should I wear during the trip?

+
It is currently rainy season in Kenya, here are some tips for how to pack:
Bring comfortable closed shoes (like sneakers) that don’t absorb water and can dry easily
Bring a jacket/sweater for layering since it can get chilly when it rains
The weather is mixed (sunny and cloudy), so layering is recommended

What activities should I prepare for?

+
We expect time for golf and a horseback safari. Please bring comfortable shoes and clothing suitable for both activities:
Golf attire if you plan to play at Great Rift Valley Lodge and Golf Resort
Comfortable closed-toe shoes for horseback riding
Long pants recommended for safari activities
Camera or smartphone for capturing incredible wildlife moments
